At Reach Care, we offer NDIS support coordination and recovery coaching services to enhance the lives of our clients and their carers.

All of our support coordinators has lived experience, either as a carer to a person with disability, or has worked one-to-one with persons with disabilities.

We recognise that the terminology used by the NDIS can be confusing:
​Support Coordinators, Local Area Coordinators (LAC), Planners and Plan Managers.
